Join our team as a Public Affairs Specialist, responsible for designing and executing comprehensive communication strategies and public affairs initiatives. This role requires an adept communicator capable of producing high-impact materials and managing key relationships.
- *Key Responsibilities:**
- **Strategic Communications:** Plan, organize, and lead diverse communication strategies to promote organizational programs, products, and services.
- **Content Development:** Independently write, edit, and prepare a wide range of communication materials (e.g., news releases, web content, blogs, fact sheets) on complex topics like law enforcement, legislation, finance, or technology.
- **Media Relations:** Serve as a primary liaison, interacting effectively with the public and news media.

- One year of specialized experience equivalent to a senior-level (GS-13) communications position, demonstrating the ability to successfully perform the duties outlined above.
