Job Description

Summary

Seeking an experienced professional to provide comprehensive HR and administrative support, manage policies, and coordinate team operations.

Join our team as an Administrative/HR Specialist, providing essential support and ensuring operational efficiency. This role combines human resources management, administrative coordination, and policy implementation.

  • *Key Responsibilities:**
  • Develop and communicate work standards, policies, and procedural changes to staff.
  • Manage and administer time and leave processes.
  • Monitor project progress; adjust work schedules, coverage, overtime, and leave as needed.
  • Provide information and support to staff and managers on payroll, benefits, leave, and related policies.
  • Assign tasks to staff and review work for quality and compliance.
  • *Qualifications:**
  • **Experience:** One year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-11 federal level. This experience must demonstrate proficiency in at least three of the five key responsibilities listed above.
  • **Federal Employees:** Must have served 52 weeks at the GS-11 grade.
  • **Competencies:** Strong skills in Human Resources Management, Analysis and Problem Solving, Planning and Evaluating, and Communication.
  • **Physical Requirements:** Primarily sedentary work.
