Summary

Seeking an experienced professional to provide comprehensive HR and administrative support, manage policies, and coordinate team operations.

Join our team as an Administrative/HR Specialist, providing essential support and ensuring operational efficiency. This role combines human resources management, administrative coordination, and policy implementation.

*Key Responsibilities:**
Develop and communicate work standards, policies, and procedural changes to staff.
Manage and administer time and leave processes.
Monitor project progress; adjust work schedules, coverage, overtime, and leave as needed.
Provide information and support to staff and managers on payroll, benefits, leave, and related policies.
Assign tasks to staff and review work for quality and compliance.

*Qualifications:**
**Experience:** One year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-11 federal level. This experience must demonstrate proficiency in at least three of the five key responsibilities listed above.
**Federal Employees:** Must have served 52 weeks at the GS-11 grade.
**Competencies:** Strong skills in Human Resources Management, Analysis and Problem Solving, Planning and Evaluating, and Communication.
**Physical Requirements:** Primarily sedentary work.
