Summary
Seeking an experienced professional to provide comprehensive HR and administrative support, manage policies, and coordinate team operations.
Join our team as an Administrative/HR Specialist, providing essential support and ensuring operational efficiency. This role combines human resources management, administrative coordination, and policy implementation.
- *Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop and communicate work standards, policies, and procedural changes to staff.
- Manage and administer time and leave processes.
- Monitor project progress; adjust work schedules, coverage, overtime, and leave as needed.
- Provide information and support to staff and managers on payroll, benefits, leave, and related policies.
- Assign tasks to staff and review work for quality and compliance.
- *Qualifications:**
- **Experience:** One year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-11 federal level. This experience must demonstrate proficiency in at least three of the five key responsibilities listed above.
- **Federal Employees:** Must have served 52 weeks at the GS-11 grade.
- **Competencies:** Strong skills in Human Resources Management, Analysis and Problem Solving, Planning and Evaluating, and Communication.
- **Physical Requirements:** Primarily sedentary work.
