Job Description
Summary
Manage international defense programs, focusing on Foreign Military Sales, acquisition, and partner communication for program success.
Requires at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-13 grade level in federal service, or comparable private/public sector experience.
- *Specialized experience must demonstrate:**
- Clear written and oral communication with international partners for requirements definition and program execution.
- Demonstrated understanding of Foreign Military Sales (FMS) programs, including disclosure, case development, and execution.
- Familiarity with defense acquisition and program execution, including Statement of Work (SOW) development and contractual procurement processes.
