## Supervisory Physician (Family Medicine)

We are seeking a highly qualified Supervisory Physician specializing in Family Medicine. This role requires a strong medical background and commitment to healthcare excellence.

### Key Requirements:

• **Eligibility:** Must be a U.S. Citizen.
• **Education:** Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (do) from an accredited U.S./Canadian school, or an equivalent foreign degree with ECFMG/USMLE certification.
• **Licensure:** Possess a current, active, full, and unrestricted Physician license from a U.S. State, District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, or a U.S. territory.
• **Graduate Training:** Complete at least one year of supervised clinical experience (e.g., internship or first-year residency program).
• **Residency Training:** Successfully complete an accredited residency in Family Practice or Internal Medicine, plus at least five years of equivalent experience and training.
