## Personnel Security Program Manager

• *Overview:**

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead and manage comprehensive personnel security programs within a federal agency. This critical role focuses on safeguarding sensitive information and vulnerable populations by ensuring rigorous security standards and effective program operations.

• *Key Responsibilities:**
• Lead the design, implementation, and operational oversight of federal security programs.
• Ensure individuals with access to sensitive information and vulnerable populations meet all established security standards.
• Communicate routine and complex personnel security policies, procedures, and determinations to diverse audiences, including employees, contractors, and senior leadership.
• Manage workload assignments and personnel to ensure efficient and effective program operations.
• *Required Qualifications:**
• Minimum of one year of specialized experience (equivalent to GS-13) leading federal security program design, implementation, or operations.
• Proven experience ensuring individuals meet security standards for sensitive information access.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate complex security policies to various stakeholders.
• Experience in managing program workload and personnel for operational efficiency.
