Job Description

Summary

Lead and manage federal personnel security programs, advising leadership and staff on critical security matters.

This role seeks an experienced professional to lead and manage a federal personnel security program.

  • *Responsibilities:**
  • Provide expert technical and administrative advice to leadership on Personnel Security.
  • Manage comprehensive security programs.
  • Lead and manage federal employees.
  • Develop and deliver clear oral and written communications regarding personnel security.
  • *Minimum Qualifications:**
  • One year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-13 grade level in the Federal service or equivalent in the private sector.
  • Experience must demonstrate the ability to:
* Advise leadership on Personnel Security. * Manage security programs. * Lead and manage federal employees. * Develop and deliver personnel security communications.

  • Note: All qualifying experience, including volunteer work, will be credited.*
