Supervise IT program lifecycle management, oversee acquisitions, and advise on operational strategies, requiring specialized systems and leadership expertise.
Join our team as a Supervisory Management and Program Analyst, leading complex business system and IT program initiatives. We seek an experienced professional to oversee project lifecycles, manage acquisitions, and provide expert guidance on operational processes and IT solutions.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Direct and supervise complex business systems and application programs from inception through the full product lifecycle, utilizing Waterfall, Agile, or hybrid methodologies.
* Manage acquisition activities, including developing and executing contracting actions in support of Program Management.
* Develop and implement workload reporting requirements, policies, and procedures for customer request and tracking tools.
* Advise organizational leadership on human resource planning, training, strategic business planning, and operational support services.
* Apply expert qualitative and quantitative methods to assess and enhance complex management processes and systems.
* Provide guidance and oversight to assigned employees, fostering effective planning and leadership practices.
**Required Qualifications:**
* One year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-12 level in a related field.
* Comprehensive knowledge of information technology principles, procedures, and systems, including those for supply chain, customer/vendor data, and data sharing.
* Proficiency in requirements definition functions for IT system design, development, testing, and sustainment.
* Expertise in industry-standard tools and methods for requirements definition.
* Demonstrated skill in directing and supervising employees, including planning and leadership.
* Strong understanding of functional requirements for business areas and IT systems.
