SUPERVISORY MANAGEMENT AND PROGRAM ANALYST

This GS-14 position requires a highly experienced professional for cyber workforce management. **Key Responsibilities:** * Monitor and apply cyber workforce policies for planning and management services. * Prepare detailed analyses of cyber employment, demographic data, missions, and programs. * Identify manpower requirements and effectively distribute authorized personnel resources. **Qualifications:** * One year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-13 grade level in the Federal service. * Experience must include: monitoring cyber workforce policies, conducting detailed analyses of employment/demographic data for cyber programs, identifying manpower requirements, and distributing personnel resources. * Qualifying volunteer experience is considered equivalent to paid experience.
