We are seeking a highly experienced professional at the GS-14 level to manage complex financial and human resource operations.

• Plan, coordinate, and evaluate complex long-range resource and personnel requirements.
• Advise on financial and human resource programs, including objectives, policies, and technical matters.
• Assess contract execution, manage budgeted funds, and direct all contracted efforts.
