Join our team as a GS-15 leader, responsible for advancing performance evaluation programs. This pivotal role involves the comprehensive development, design, and management of evaluations, ensuring the effectiveness of follow-up plans, policies, and procedures.
- *Key Requirements:**
- **Federal Service Experience:** For current federal employees, 52 weeks at a GS-14 or higher grade is required for GS-15 entry.
- **Specialized Experience:** At least one year of experience equivalent to the GS-14 level (federal or comparable non-federal). This experience must focus on the development, design, and management of performance evaluations, including related follow-up plans, policies, and procedures.
