Job Description

Summary

Manage and oversee global logistics, property, and supply chain operations for a large, worldwide organization.

To qualify at the GS-13 level, applicants must possess one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-12 grade. This experience includes:

  • **Global Property & Inventory Management:** Consolidating, standardizing, and overseeing property records and inventory accounts for a large, global organization.
  • **Worldwide Logistics Leadership:** Evaluating, planning, coordinating, managing, and directing assigned global logistics functions and programs.
  • **Enterprise Policy & Operations Development:** Developing and managing comprehensive enterprise logistics policies, plans, and operations across key areas such as supply, storage, disposal, reutilization, property accountability, distribution, transportation, fleet management, and life cycle management.
  • Note: Qualifying experience includes both paid and unpaid (volunteer) work.*

The Defense Media Activity is located on Fort Meade, Maryland.
