Lead large-scale federal IT product management, driving Agile development, stakeholder alignment, and strategic defense technology solutions.

Join our team as a strategic leader in federal IT product management, driving innovation and delivery for critical defense programs. We are seeking a highly experienced individual to manage large-scale IT portfolios, ensure strategic alignment, and lead high-performing Agile teams.

  • *Key Responsibilities:**
  • **Executive Product Management:** Lead product development for large-scale IT programs (>$100M/year), defining multi-year roadmaps, backlogs, and value streams within an Agile framework.
  • **Strategic Technology Oversight:** Monitor defense technology trends and naval operational needs to inform solution development and ensure strategic advantage.
  • **Scaled Agile Leadership:** Implement and scale Agile methodologies (e.g., SAFe), managing a "team of teams" and coordinating with technical and process leads to deliver value.
  • **Senior Stakeholder Engagement:** Communicate, negotiate, and present complex technical and programmatic information to senior executive leaders (e.g., General Officers, SES) to achieve alignment.
  • **Agile Team Leadership:** Supervise and mentor senior civilian/military personnel, applying servant-leadership principles to remove blockers and foster delegated authority.
  • *Required Qualifications:**
  • Minimum of one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level in federal service, or comparable experience in the private or public sector.
  • Demonstrated expertise in:
* Executive-level product management for large-scale IT programs. * Leading and supervising senior personnel in an Agile environment. * Communicating complex information to senior executive stakeholders. * DoD/DON business operations, financial management, and acquisition processes. * Scaling Agile methodologies (e.g., SAFe).
  • Essential skills: Attention to detail, customer service, oral communication, and problem-solving.
