Supervisory IT Specialist (Plcypln)

This role seeks an experienced IT professional to manage knowledge programs, integrate systems, and lead a team.

• *Key Responsibilities:**
• **Attention to Detail:** Ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency of IT work and data, including reviewing others' contributions.
• **Customer Service:** Build and maintain relationships, anticipate IT needs, and deliver tailored solutions.
• **Oral Communication:** Clearly brief senior management and IT staff on complex technical information, adapting to non-technical audiences.
• **Problem Solving:** Identify and evaluate innovative solutions for complex, sensitive IT issues, anticipating potential problems.
• *Required Experience (GG-14 Level):**
• Minimum one year of experience demonstrating immediate success in the position's competencies.
• Proven experience in **knowledge management**, including program management, office automation management, or system integration.
• Demonstrated experience **managing staff** and scheduling work completion.
