Lead senior IT teams, driving cloud, DevSecOps, and architecture initiatives with expert technical and leadership skills.
## Senior IT Specialist (GS-14 Equivalent)
Lead complex IT initiatives, manage technical teams, and drive strategic technology solutions in a senior role.
### Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor IT professional teams specializing in Security Engineering, Cloud Infrastructure, Enterprise Software (O365-J), Enterprise Architecture, IT Systems Analysis, and Requirements development.
- Develop and implement advanced modeling approaches, including Business Process Modeling and data architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, DODAF, ITIL).
- Manage cloud technologies, DevSecOps practices, and Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) pipelines.
- Minimum of one year of specialized experience (equivalent to a GS-13 level) demonstrating expert knowledge in:
- Proven proficiency in core IT competencies:
- All qualifying experience, including volunteer work, will be considered.*

The Defense Media Activity (DMA) is a United States Department of Defense (DoD) field activity. The Defense Media Activity is located on Fort Meade, Maryland.
