## Senior IT Specialist (GS-14 Equivalent)

Lead complex IT initiatives, manage technical teams, and drive strategic technology solutions in a senior role.

### Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor IT professional teams specializing in Security Engineering, Cloud Infrastructure, Enterprise Software (O365-J), Enterprise Architecture, IT Systems Analysis, and Requirements development.
• Develop and implement advanced modeling approaches, including Business Process Modeling and data architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, DODAF, ITIL).
• Manage cloud technologies, DevSecOps practices, and Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) pipelines.

### Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of one year of specialized experience (equivalent to a GS-13 level) demonstrating expert knowledge in:

* Modeling approaches: Business Process Modeling, data architecture frameworks (TOGAF, DODAF, ITIL, industry standards). * Leading IT teams focused on Security Engineering, Cloud Infrastructure/Services, Enterprise Software, Enterprise Architecture, IT Systems & Business Analysis, and IT Requirements. * Cloud technologies, DevSecOps, and CI/CD.

• Proven proficiency in core IT competencies:

* **Attention to Detail:** Meticulous and thorough in work execution. * **Customer Service:** Skilled in assessing needs, providing solutions, and ensuring client satisfaction. * **Oral Communication:** Ability to articulate complex information clearly and effectively to diverse audiences. * **Problem Solving:** Strong analytical skills to identify issues, evaluate alternatives, and recommend sound solutions.
