Seeking an experienced IT leader to manage complex IT operations, resources, and teams for the NAVAIR community.
## Senior IT Operations Manager
We are seeking a highly experienced IT professional to manage complex information technology operations, resources, and teams within the NAVAIR community.
- *Minimum Qualifications:**
- Minimum one year of specialized experience equivalent to GS-13/14 or NM-04 Federal grade level, or comparable private/public sector experience.
- *Key Responsibilities:**
- Establish and execute customer relationship management, work intake, financial monitoring, configuration, and requirements processes.
- Apply expert technical expertise across IT functional areas, integrating it with mission objectives and operations.
- Direct resource planning for major engineering, technical, or business initiatives, involving significant industrial resources and long-range financial commitments.
- Lead teams, prepare performance plans, set short-term priorities, and schedule work for subordinates.
- Provide management and oversight of IT architecture, procurement, and processes for the NAVAIR community.
