Supervisory IT Project Manager

To qualify for this GS-14 position, candidates must possess one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-13 grade level in the Federal service, or equivalent

This includes experience in:

• *Specialized Experience:**
• Directing IT projects involving administrative, regulatory, policy development, or similar technical programs.
• Managing technical operations within large, complex IT installations.
• Assessing IT systems and service issues, and leading actions to ensure improved, integrated enterprise solutions.
• *Required Competencies (2210 Series):**
• **Attention to Detail:** Thorough and conscientious in work.
• **Customer Service:** Effectively assesses needs, provides support, and resolves issues for clients.
• **Oral Communication:** Delivers clear, convincing presentations and listens effectively.
• **Problem Solving:** Identifies issues, evaluates information, and makes sound recommendations.
• *Important Note:** Volunteer experience counts towards qualifications. Education cannot be substituted for specialized experience at this grade level.
