## Supervisory IT Program Manager (GS-15)
We are seeking an experienced Supervisory IT Program Manager to provide expert acquisition leadership and strategic oversight for complex IT programs. This role involves leading cross-functional teams, ensuring successful program execution, and driving the rapid delivery of software solutions.
### Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert acquisition leadership and strategic management support for IT acquisition programs, optimizing performance and achieving strategic objectives.
- Lead and inspire cross-functional teams, fostering a collaborative environment to achieve portfolio objectives and deliver software solutions rapidly.
- Oversee the acquisition of corporate IT systems (e.g., major Automated Information Systems), ensuring adherence to cost, schedule, and performance targets.
- Drive the successful execution of critical programs, including the DAAS program.
- Apply industry-standard frameworks (e.g., Agile, DevSecOps, ITIL) to deliver solutions on time and within budget.
- Ensure technical requirements are validated, documented, and executed according to enterprise architecture and security standards.
- One year of specialized experience at the GS-14 level, or equivalent.
- Proven ability to apply specific knowledge, skills, and abilities to successfully perform the duties of this position. Volunteer experience counts.
