## Supervisory IT Program Manager (Applications & Systems Analysis)

Lead and oversee critical IT programs, managing the full lifecycle of secure software solutions and system applications. This senior-level role requires strategic vision and hands-on leadership to deliver high-impact technology solutions.

### Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive portfolio management for system applications and products, with full control over assigned mission operations.
• Lead mission oversight and coordination, directing the architecting, design, development, testing, and deployment of secure software solutions.
• Translate complex requirements and business objectives into effective technical solutions.
• Apply advanced risk management techniques to identify, assess, and mitigate potential impacts within program constraints.

• One year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-14 level (Federal service), or comparable senior-level experience in the private sector, military, or other pay systems.
• Demonstrated expertise in IT portfolio management, secure software lifecycle oversight, and risk management.
• Proven ability to direct and manage complex IT programs, ensuring successful delivery of capabilities.
• Relevant experience includes paid and unpaid work (e.g., volunteer service).
