Supervisory IT Program Manager (Appsw/Sysanalysis)

As a Supervisory IT Program Manager, you will provide strategic leadership for critical IT programs, overseeing the full lifecycle of secure software solutions and managing portfolio operations.

• *Key Responsibilities:**
• Lead portfolio management for system applications and products, with full operational authority.
• Direct the planning, design, development, testing, and deployment of secure software solutions.
• Interpret business requirements to ensure optimal solution performance.
• Implement advanced risk management strategies to identify, assess, and mitigate project impacts.
• *Qualifications:**
• One year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-14 level, or similar private sector experience.
• Proven expertise in:

* IT portfolio management with operational control. * End-to-end management of secure software solution lifecycles. * Translating business objectives into technical solutions. * Applying risk management within program constraints.

• Education cannot substitute for specialized experience.
• Relevant volunteer experience is creditable.
