Supervisory IT Program Manager (Appsw)

As a Supervisory IT Program Manager, you will lead and manage critical IT application development programs.

• *Responsibilities:**
• Lead and manage IT personnel, overseeing application development initiatives.
• Direct comprehensive IT program management, from planning and development to implementation and assessment of assigned application systems.
• Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in the planning, development, testing, and operation of computing and application systems.
• Establish and enforce standard methods and procedures for application development functions.
• *Requirements:**
• One year of specialized experience equivalent to a GS-13 level, demonstrating IT program management, personnel leadership, and application system expertise.
• Proven proficiency in the following core IT competencies:

* Attention to Detail * Customer Service * Oral Communication * Problem Solving

• Education cannot be substituted for required experience.
• All qualifying experience, including volunteer work, will be credited.
