Summary
Lead complex system development projects, manage teams, and define operational strategies for key initiatives.
Requires one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-13/NM-04 Federal grade level, or comparable private/public sector experience. Specialized experience must include:
- Managing or supervising Federal, military, volunteer, or non-contractor personnel.
- Establishing short and long-term task priorities.
- Determining work procedures and methods.
- Preparing schedules for work completion.
- Acting as a project or program manager for major system developments.
