Job Description
Summary
Lead supervisory engineering/computer science for advanced avionics, radar, and electronic warfare systems development.
We are seeking an experienced Supervisory Electrical Engineer, Supervisory Computer Engineer, Supervisory Electronics Engineer, or Supervisory Computer Scientist to lead and manage advanced avionics systems.
- *Key Responsibilities:**
- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in managing, developing, and testing Radar, Antenna, Electronic Warfare (EW) Systems, and related avionics components.
- Conduct systems engineering research, development, and provide life-cycle support for avionics programs.
- Oversee and assign work to a team of subordinate engineers/scientists, considering project priorities and individual capabilities.
- Manage projects/programs to meet cost, schedule, and performance requirements for avionics system initiatives.
- Act as a primary liaison with internal and external contacts to ensure program needs are addressed and goals achieved.
- *Requirements:**
- Minimum of one year of specialized supervisory experience in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or Computer Science.
- Demonstrated expertise in managing, developing, and testing complex avionics, radar, antenna, or EW systems.
