Supervisory Interdisciplinary Engineer/Architect

Join our team as a Senior Engineering Lead, overseeing complex military construction projects from planning to execution. We seek a highly experienced professional to ensure quality assurance, drive project efficiency, and resolve critical engineering and financial challenges.

• *Key Responsibilities:**
• Lead and supervise multidisciplinary engineering and architecture teams on military construction (MILCON) and quality assurance projects.
• Conduct research on construction practices and techniques for project specifications and feasibility studies.
• Develop and monitor site-specific procedures and reporting to expedite A/E and construction contractor work.
• Identify and resolve complex engineering and project financing issues arising from design errors, unforeseen conditions, or changing criteria.
• Perform on-site evaluations of construction progress and ensure safe work performance.
• *Required Qualifications:**
• Minimum one year of specialized experience at the GS-12 Federal grade level or equivalent, demonstrating leadership in multidisciplinary engineering and construction quality assurance.
• Registered Professional Engineer or Architect.
• DAWIA Level III (Career Field FE-) certification required, or ability to obtain within 24 months of appointment.
• Possession of a valid, current Driver's License.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance.
• Willingness to complete a Confidential Financial Disclosure Report (OGE-450).
• Ability to work overtime as required.
