Supervisory Interdisciplinary

We are seeking a seasoned leader with at least one year of specialized experience at a senior level (equivalent to GS-13/14 or NM-04 Federal service, or comparable private/public sector).

Your experience must demonstrate:

• **Strategic Planning & Performance Management:** Planning work, creating performance plans, setting priorities, and developing project schedules.
• **Team Leadership & Development:** Providing guidance, counseling, and instruction to employees; conducting interviews; and resolving workplace issues.
• **Fiscal & Resource Management:** Ensuring sound financial oversight, applying classification principles, and analyzing costs for efficiency.
• **Major Project Leadership:** Managing significant system developments or business initiatives critical to agency objectives.
• **Supervision & Resource Allocation:** Overseeing personnel and directing resource planning for large-scale engineering, technical, or business endeavors, including long-range financial commitments.
