## Senior Intelligence Professional (GG-14)

Join our team as a Senior Intelligence Professional, a GG-14 level position within the Defense Civilian Intelligence Personnel System (DCIPS). This role demands expertise in intelligence analysis, research, and management, providing critical support to defense operations.

### Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and direct intelligence functions and staff within a small to medium-sized organization.
  • Apply expert knowledge of all-source intelligence doctrine, principles, and methodologies for comprehensive threat analysis and research.
  • Develop robust intelligence capability and threat assessments using diverse information sources and advanced intelligence systems.
  • Support military operations, exercise development, and real-world contingency planning.
  • Oversee all phases of the intelligence cycle, from planning and collection to analysis, production, and dissemination.
  • Communicate complex intelligence findings effectively, both orally and in writing, to senior leadership for informed decision-making.
  • Rapidly assimilate disparate intelligence data, render accurate assessments, and recommend logical courses of action under pressure.
### Required Qualifications:
  • **Experience:** Demonstrated mastery in intelligence research, collection methods, and dissemination applications. Proven ability to evaluate diverse information sources and utilize multiple intelligence information systems.
  • **Domain Knowledge:** Comprehensive understanding of the national intelligence community, Joint, and Department of Defense (DOD) structures, organizations, missions, and inter-relationships, including the full intelligence cycle.
  • **Skills:**
* Expertise in all-source intelligence threat analysis, including link analysis and database manipulation. * Strong leadership, organizational, and staff direction abilities. * Exceptional oral and written communication skills, capable of producing clear intelligence products and delivering senior-level presentations. * Ability to quickly synthesize information, make accurate assessments, and provide recommendations under urgent conditions.

### Conditions of Employment:

  • Must obtain and maintain a Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) clearance.
  • Required to sign a non-disclosure agreement.
  • This is a Test Designated Position (TDP) under the Air Force Civilian Drug Testing Program.
  • May be required to perform Battle Roster functions during exercises and real-world events, potentially involving additional hours or alternate locations.
  • Eligible for situational telework only (Ad hoc, Emergency, or OPM "Unscheduled" Telework).
