Supervisory Information Technology Specialist (Data Management/Application Software)

We are seeking a highly skilled **Data Solutions Developer** to design, develop, and manage complex data systems.

• *Responsibilities:**
• Develop software for data ingestion, validation, migration, and persistence using SQL/T-SQL.
• Design and implement intricate ETL/ELT processes and custom SQL for data analysis from diverse sources (e.g., HL7, flat files, databases).
• Create KornShell scripts to support data interfaces.
• Manage various database systems including SQL Server, MySQL, DB2, and Oracle.
• Utilize programming languages (e.g., SSRS, SSIS, PostgreSQL) for data manipulation across the data solution lifecycle.
• *Minimum Qualifications (GS-14 Equivalent):**
• One (1) year of specialized experience at the GS-13 level (or equivalent in private/public sector).
• Experience must demonstrate proficiency in the responsibilities listed above.
