## Supervisory Industrial Engineer / Operations Research Analyst

We are seeking an experienced leader to manage and provide technical direction for aviation weapon system acquisition programs, focusing on Earned Value Management (EVM), cost, and schedule.

### Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, manage, and supervise teams to achieve assigned program and project goals.
  • Provide expert technical direction in Earned Value Management, Scheduling, Cost, and Analysis disciplines.
  • Apply comprehensive practices in EVM, cost estimating, and schedule development/analysis for aviation weapon system acquisition programs.
  • Coordinate and assign work to subordinates, considering priorities, difficulty, and employee capabilities.
  • Perform official supervisory duties for assigned staff.
### Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum one year of specialized supervisory experience (equivalent to federal GS-13/14 or NM-04, or comparable private/public sector experience).
  • Advanced professional competency in Earned Value Management, Scheduling, Cost, and Analysis.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting aviation weapon system acquisition programs.
