## HR Specialist (Recruitment & Staffing)

We are seeking a highly experienced HR Specialist to provide expert management advisory services and technical support in recruitment and staffing. This role involves developing and implementing strategic HR solutions, leading outreach programs, and effectively utilizing HR automated systems.

• *Key Responsibilities:**
• Provide comprehensive management advisory services on recruitment and staffing concepts, laws, policies, and practices, particularly within the Federal civilian service.
• Advise on various hiring flexibilities and opportunities, including those for veterans, minorities, persons with disabilities, delegated examining, direct hiring authority, and excepted service.
• Develop, present, and implement technical HR services using analytical and diagnostic techniques to identify, evaluate, and resolve complex HR problems and issues.
• Lead and execute both recruitment and outreach programs.
• Effectively utilize various human resources automated data systems and applications.
• *Requirements:**
• One year of specialized experience at the GS-12 equivalent level in Human Resources.
• Demonstrated experience in providing management advisory services on recruitment, staffing concepts, and hiring flexibilities.
• Proven ability to develop and deliver technical HR services, employing analytical and problem-solving skills for complex HR issues.
• Experience performing both recruitment and outreach programs.
• Proficiency in utilizing various human resources automated data systems.
• Must meet all minimum qualification requirements as per OPM standards within 30 calendar days after the closing date. Qualifying volunteer experience is recognized.
