Job Description
Summary
Lead and manage comprehensive HR functions, including military personnel programs, HR strategy, and team supervision.
We are seeking a highly experienced Human Resources professional to lead and manage critical HR functions at the GS-15 level. This role requires one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-14 level, or comparable experience in the military or private sector.
- *Key Responsibilities & Required Experience:**
- **HR Team Leadership:** Supervise staff, set priorities, manage resources, and ensure compliance with HR policies.
- **Personnel Program Management:** Oversee military personnel programs, including recruitment, assignments, promotions, evaluations, and separations.
- **Manpower Strategy Development:** Analyze resource needs, implement strategies, and ensure compliance with civilian and military authorization requirements.
- **HR Support Program Oversight:** Manage HR budgeting, continuity of operations, personnel accountability, employee engagement, and recognition programs.
