Job Description

Summary

Experienced HRIS professional needed to develop, implement, and optimize HR information systems, reporting, and user support.

Join our team as an HR Information Systems (HRIS) Specialist, driving the development and optimization of our HR technology solutions. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional adept at managing complex HR data and systems.

  • *Key Responsibilities:**
  • Design, develop, test, implement, and document HRIS programs and processes.
  • Create HRIS reports, data feeds, interfaces, and integrations with internal and external systems.
  • Generate statistical information, dashboards, and reports to support critical decision-making and performance metrics.
  • Develop user-friendly job aids, operating procedures, and training resources for HRIS users.
  • *Required Qualifications:**
  • Minimum of one year of specialized HRIS experience at a level equivalent to GS-13 federal service.
  • Proven experience in planning, developing, testing, implementing, and documenting HRIS solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to produce complex HRIS reports, data feeds, and integrations.
  • Experience creating user training materials and standard operating procedures.
  • Must meet all applicable federal qualification standards for this position.
  • Relevant volunteer experience is considered qualifying.
