Job Description

Summary

GS-14 HR professional to lead labor relations, policy development, and oversee key employee programs.

To qualify at the GS-14 level, candidates must possess one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-13 grade. This experience includes:

  • Providing expert advisory and consultation on various Labor Management and Employee Relations programs.
  • Developing and implementing agency-wide policies and programs across major Labor Management, Employee Relations, and EEO functional areas.
  • Advising management on complex labor relations matters.
  • Overseeing additional HR programs such as performance management/awards, worker's compensation, drug testing, and work-life initiatives.
