## Federal HR Specialist (Position Classification)

We are seeking an experienced Federal HR Specialist to provide expert guidance on organizational design and position classification within a federal agency. This role involves advising senior leadership and preparing comprehensive evaluation reports for complex situations, while also leading a team.

• *Key Responsibilities:**
• Provide federal organizational design recommendations to management.
• Advise top-level leadership on the proper application of agency delegated classification authority.
• Write comprehensive federal position classification evaluation reports/advisory opinions, especially for controversial situations.
• Provide supervision, leadership, and direction to employees and their work.
• *Required Experience:**
• One year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-13 level in the federal service, which *must* include the responsibilities listed above.
• **Note:** Qualification is based solely on experience; education cannot be substituted for the required experience.
