## Federal HR Specialist (GS-14)

We are seeking an experienced Federal HR Specialist at the GS-14 level to provide expert guidance and leadership in comprehensive human resources functions. This role involves managing HR operations, staff, and complex federal HR issues to ensure efficiency and compliance.

### Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert advisory services and technical oversight across federal HR areas, including staffing, classification, compensation, and personnel action processing.
• Manage daily operations of a multidisciplinary HR team, overseeing workload distribution, quality control, and performance evaluations.
• Interpret and apply federal HR regulations, laws, and policies to develop guidance and resolve intricate personnel challenges.
• Design and conduct HR operational studies to enhance efficiency, customer service, and policy compliance.
• Supervise employees, performing full human capital functions such as hiring, discipline, development, and ensuring equal opportunity compliance.

### Qualifications:

• **Experience:**

* Minimum of one (1) year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-13 grade level in the federal sector. * Specialized experience must include: * Expert advisory and oversight in federal HR areas (staffing, classification, compensation, personnel actions). * Managing daily operations of a multidisciplinary HR staff. * Interpreting and applying federal HR regulations to resolve complex issues. * Designing and conducting HR operational studies. * Supervising employees with full human capital responsibilities (hiring, discipline, development, EEO).

• **Education:** Education cannot be substituted for experience at this grade level.
• **Volunteer Experience:** Qualifying volunteer experience, including National Service programs, will be credited.
