Summary
Seeking an experienced HR Specialist to advise on labor relations, employee programs, and lead HR initiatives.
Join our team as a Human Resources Specialist, providing expert guidance on critical HR functions. We're seeking a professional with a proven track record in labor relations and employee programs.
- *Key Responsibilities:**
- Advise management on complex labor and employee relations issues, including Special Employee Programs.
- Manage labor-management relations, contract changes, and negotiations.
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of programs such as Alternate Dispute Resolution (ADR), Worker's Compensation, Performance Management, and Drug-Free Workplace.
- Develop and maintain metrics for HR program activities.
- Design and deliver training on labor and employee-related topics.
- Lead, coordinate, and assign work to HR staff, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities.
- *Required Experience:**
- A minimum of one year of specialized Human Resources Specialist experience. This experience should be equivalent to federal GS-09/12 or NM-03 STRL Pay Band, or comparable in the private or public sector. (Relevant volunteer experience is considered).
