Job Description
Summary
Lead federal workforce development, advise on programs, conduct training needs, and mentor staff.
We are seeking a dedicated Workforce Development Specialist to enhance our federal workforce capabilities through strategic training and development initiatives. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional with strong leadership and program management skills in a federal environment.
- *Responsibilities:**
- Provide expert advice on federal workforce development projects and programs.
- Conduct comprehensive training needs assessments.
- Design and implement learning plans to ensure a highly skilled and ready workforce.
- Lead and mentor staff, including work delegation, priority setting, and program management.
- *Qualifications:**
- Minimum one year of specialized experience equivalent to a GS-13 level, performing duties such as:
- Experience *cannot* be substituted with education for this position.
- Federal applicants must meet a Time-in-Grade requirement of 52 weeks at the GS-13 level or equivalent.
