Supervisory Human Resources Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated Workforce Development Specialist to enhance our federal workforce capabilities through strategic training and development initiatives. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional with strong leadership and program management skills in a federal environment.

• *Responsibilities:**
• Provide expert advice on federal workforce development projects and programs.
• Conduct comprehensive training needs assessments.
• Design and implement learning plans to ensure a highly skilled and ready workforce.
• Lead and mentor staff, including work delegation, priority setting, and program management.
• *Qualifications:**
• Minimum one year of specialized experience equivalent to a GS-13 level, performing duties such as:

* Advising on federal workforce development. * Conducting training needs assessments. * Developing staff learning plans. * Leading or mentoring employees and managing their work.

• Experience *cannot* be substituted with education for this position.
• Federal applicants must meet a Time-in-Grade requirement of 52 weeks at the GS-13 level or equivalent.
