Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise a team responsible for processing federal personnel actions using automated systems (e.g., PeopleSoft, EmpowHR).
• Manage team workloads, assignments, and ensure efficient operations.
• Oversee projects involving automated system changes and coordinate staff efforts.
• Identify and resolve systemic issues to ensure timely, accurate personnel action processing and record maintenance.

Required Qualifications:

• One year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-13 federal level, demonstrating:

- Proven leadership or supervisory experience managing a team processing federal personnel actions via automated systems. - Expertise in managing team workloads and assignments. - Experience managing projects that require automated system changes and staff coordination. - Ability to identify systemic issues and implement effective corrective actions for accurate record keeping.
