Summary
Lead a team processing federal personnel actions, managing workloads, system projects, and process improvements.
Join our team in a leadership role overseeing federal personnel action processing and system improvements. We are seeking a seasoned professional to manage a team, optimize workflows, and drive system enhancements in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise a team responsible for processing federal personnel actions using automated systems (e.g., PeopleSoft, EmpowHR).
- Manage team workloads, assignments, and ensure efficient operations.
- Oversee projects involving automated system changes and coordinate staff efforts.
- Identify and resolve systemic issues to ensure timely, accurate personnel action processing and record maintenance.
Required Qualifications:
- One year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-13 federal level, demonstrating:
