### Supervisory Human Resources Specialist (GS-13)

We are seeking a highly experienced Supervisory Human Resources Specialist (GS-13) to lead and manage comprehensive HR programs within the Federal Service. This role demands a strong understanding of federal HR policies and practices, ensuring efficient and compliant operations.

  • *Key Responsibilities:**
  • Manage and administer performance management programs, including ratings, incentive awards, and providing guidance on appraisals.
  • Oversee employee benefits programs, such as retirement, life/health insurance, and retirement savings plans.
  • Direct employee relations initiatives, offering recommendations and communicating with staff and management to ensure HR program compliance.
  • Supervise time and attendance processing, ensuring accurate leave utilization and administration.
  • Manage payroll administration and electronic personnel processing systems.
  • Lead the processing of personnel actions, ensuring accurate records management and data administration.
  • Monitor and evaluate team work assignments and performance, providing constructive feedback.
  • Provide on-the-job training and professional development to HR staff.
  • *Required Qualifications:**
  • One year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-12 level in the Federal Service.
  • Demonstrated expertise in applying federal HR concepts, practices, laws, and regulations across various HR functions.
  • Proven experience in employee relations, performance management, benefits administration, time and attendance, payroll, and electronic personnel processing.
