Supervisory General Engineer

This role requires at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to a GS-13/14 Federal grade level in the private or public sector.

• *Key Responsibilities:**
• Provide overall management and technical direction for Branch workforce, processes, and products within the test and evaluation discipline.
• Supervise personnel, administer management policies, and coordinate functions across teams to achieve organizational goals.
• Apply management and leadership principles to efficiently perform assigned test and evaluation duties.
• *Required Qualifications:**
• Demonstrated professional competence in test and evaluation, including knowledge of operating goals, objectives, and programs supporting personnel, processes, laboratories, and facilities.
• Advanced understanding of mission systems integration, encompassing mission planning, laboratory testing, data analysis, and software integration testing.
• Knowledge of laboratory, ground, and flight test principles.
