Supervisory General Business And Industry Specialist

We are seeking a highly experienced and dedicated leader to supervise a team specializing in aviation weapon system acquisition programs. This role requires advanced expertise in project management disciplines, providing technical direction and ensuring program success.

• *Key Responsibilities:**
• Lead, manage, and supervise a team to achieve program/project goals and objectives.
• Provide technical direction in Earned Value Management (EVM), Cost Estimating, Scheduling, and Analysis disciplines.
• Ensure the team's processes, methodologies, and products remain current and effective.
• Coordinate and assign work, considering organizational priorities and employee capabilities.
• Perform all official supervisory duties, including performance management and development.
• *Required Qualifications:**
• Minimum of one year of specialized supervisory experience (equivalent to federal GS-13/14 or NM-04 levels).
• Demonstrated advanced professional competency in Earned Value Management, Cost Estimating, Schedule Development, and Analysis.
• Proven experience supporting aviation weapon system acquisition programs.
• Experience includes paid, unpaid, and volunteer work that builds relevant competencies.
