  • J.D. or LL.B. degree.
  • Active bar membership in good standing in any U.S. state, territory, D.C., or Puerto Rico.
  • Minimum one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS/SK-14 level, focused on administrative oversight, policy implementation, and stakeholder communication.
