Summary
Seeking a legal professional to lead enforcement investigations, litigation, and strategic project management, requiring a JD/LLB and active bar membership.
This role requires a dedicated legal professional to oversee and execute enforcement actions.
- *Key Responsibilities & Required Experience (one year at GS/SK-14 equivalent):**
- Conducting enforcement investigations or litigation, and recommending actions to the Commission.
- Planning, organizing, and coordinating enforcement projects or initiatives (investigations, policies, processes).
- Developing strategic resolutions for problems or obstacles arising during enforcement investigations or litigation.
- *Required Qualifications:**
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) or Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree.
- Active bar membership in good standing in any U.S. state, territory, District of Columbia, or Puerto Rico.
