Summary

Seeking an experienced Attorney to provide legal advice on complex federal securities and administrative law issues.

This role requires an experienced attorney to provide expert legal guidance on federal securities and administrative law.

  • *Key Responsibilities:**
  • Provide legal advice and analysis on complex federal securities laws, rules, and regulations.
  • Interpret the Administrative Procedure Act and seminal cases governing federal administrative proceedings.
  • *Minimum Qualifications:**
  • **Education:** J.D. or LL.B. degree from an accredited college or university.
  • **Bar Membership:** Active membership of the bar in good standing in any U.S. state, territory, the District of Columbia, or Puerto Rico.
  • **Specialized Experience:** One year of experience equivalent to the GS/SK-14 level, specifically including:
* Providing legal advice and analysis of complex federal securities laws and related regulations. * Interpreting the Administrative Procedure Act and cases governing administrative proceedings in federal agencies.
