- Advise senior leadership on critical financial, budget, and resource management strategies.
- Analyze current and long-range program requirements to develop and update financial management plans.

- Develop and implement guidelines and policies for financial management operations.
- *Qualifications:**
- Extensive specialized experience (typically 12+ months at a senior level) in financial management.
- Proven expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Demonstrated ability to advise senior management on complex financial and resource matters.
- Strong background in developing or updating budget and financial management program plans.
- Prior supervisory experience of financial, accounting, or budget staff.
- Experience in developing or updating guidelines and policies related to financial management operations.
