Summary
Professional required for program execution review, financial analysis, and strategic recommendations to senior management.
We are seeking a skilled professional with a minimum of one year of specialized experience (equivalent to Federal NH-03 grade level or higher in the public/private sector). Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting program execution review, analysis, and appraisal for major operating and support programs.
- Providing expert interpretive and analytical advice on financial transactions and program execution.
- Coordinating the development and reporting of cost/performance information to support organizational missions.
- Acting as a primary liaison for budget, accounting, and financial management policies and procedures.
- Developing and presenting briefs for senior managers, recommending solutions for program variances or problem areas.
