This role seeks an experienced professional to manage and oversee complex facility maintenance and construction projects for high-end commercial, institutional, or campus environments.
- *Key Responsibilities:**
- Independently manage and execute major components of facility maintenance programs, including planning and developing preventive maintenance strategies.
- Conduct surveillance and oversight of construction and maintenance operations performed by private contractors.
- Review project plans and specifications for workability, informing contractors of requirements, and supervising operations for conformance.
- Perform maintenance or construction work, including estimating material and labor costs for various projects (e.g., brick, frame, structural steel, reinforced concrete).
- Direct actual work operations and maintain appropriate contacts with funding organizations.
- *Qualifications:**
- **Experience:** At least one year of specialized experience, equivalent to independently managing significant components of a high-end commercial, institutional, or campus facility maintenance program.
- **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Arts, Property Management, or Business Administration is strongly preferred.
- **Skills:** Proven ability in maintenance program management, contractor oversight, project planning, cost estimation, and operational direction.
