Supervisory Emergency Management Specialist (Individual Assistance Branch Director)

Join our team as a Supervisory Emergency Management Specialist (Individual Assistance Branch Director) at the IC-14 level. We are seeking a highly experienced professional to lead and manage individual assistance efforts during federally declared disasters.

• *Key Responsibilities:**
• Provide supervisory oversight to achieve organizational goals, including identifying priorities, evaluating performance, and reviewing outcomes.
• Develop and recommend policy and procedural improvements to various stakeholders, such as senior staff and public/voluntary organizations.
• Facilitate the delivery of FEMA's Individual Assistance programs during disaster responses.
• *Qualifications:**
• Minimum of one year of specialized experience equivalent to the IC-13 level in the Federal government.
• Experience must demonstrate proficiency in:

* Supervisory management of employees. * Providing policy and procedural recommendations to stakeholders. * Facilitating FEMA's Individual Assistance programs on federally declared disasters.

• Experience may be obtained from federal, state, local government, or the private sector.
• Qualifying experience includes both paid and unpaid work, such as volunteer service.
