Supervisory Emergency Management Specialist

The Supervisory Emergency Management Specialist (IC-13) leads critical recovery operations and manages emergency response teams. This role requires an experienced professional adept at stakeholder coordination and program implementation.

• *Key Responsibilities:**
• Manage and review the work of emergency management personnel.
• Implement and lead Individual Assistance recovery efforts and programs.
• Coordinate essential recovery services with various internal and external stakeholders.
• *Required Qualifications:**
• One year of specialized experience equivalent to the IC-12 level in the Federal government. This experience must clearly demonstrate:

* Managing or reviewing the work of others. * Implementing or leading Individual Assistance recovery efforts. * Coordinating recovery services with stakeholders.
