Supervisory Emergency Management Specialist

This Supervisory Emergency Management Specialist (IC-14) role requires seasoned leadership in critical disaster response. You will oversee large-scale operations, manage complex survivor assistance, and implement vital emergency management policies.

• *Key Responsibilities:**
• Lead and manage a significant workforce and high-level casework initiatives, assisting disaster survivors with registration, appeals, and temporary housing.
• Serve as a primary communicator with internal and external stakeholders, including high-level officials.
• Implement and ensure compliance with emergency management directives, regulations, policies, and procedures.
• *Required Qualifications:**
• Minimum one year of specialized experience equivalent to the IC-13 level in the Federal government. This experience can be from federal, state, local government, or the private sector, and must demonstrate the above responsibilities.
