## Senior Operations Lead (GS-14 Equivalent)

We are seeking a highly experienced professional to provide leadership, evaluate programs, and facilitate crucial communications within a dynamic operational environment. This role demands strong expertise in operational analysis and high-level stakeholder engagement.

### Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise a dedicated team to achieve operational objectives.
• Evaluate programs and projects to analyze, improve, and enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of operations.
• Communicate effectively with all levels of management, including senior officials from Federal, State, Local, and Private law enforcement agencies.

### Qualifications:

To qualify for this position, applicants must meet the following specialized experience requirements:

• **Experience:** One year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-13 grade level in the Federal service.
• **and** one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-14 grade level, performing the core responsibilities listed above. This experience can be gained in Federal, State, Local government, or equivalent public/private sector roles.
• **Education:** Substitution of education in lieu of specialized experience is not permitted for this grade level.
