Supervisory Criminal Investigator (Assistant Special Agent In Charge)

We are seeking an experienced Supervisory Program Manager to oversee critical Criminal Investigation (CI) programs. This role involves comprehensive oversight, strategic program development, and applying in-depth law enforcement and legal expertise.

• *Key Responsibilities:**
• Provide technical and administrative oversight for Criminal Investigation program objectives.
• Manage personnel, equipment, and resources, applying effective management and labor relations principles.
• Oversee the planning, development, and implementation of program technical aspects.
• Apply basic budget management principles to maintain and manage financial resources.
• Effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Develop criminal investigative programs for field implementation and identify violation trends.
• *Required Qualifications & Experience:**
• One (1) year of specialized experience equivalent to an advanced professional level, which can be gained in the public, private, or volunteer sectors. Federal experience is not required.
• **Mandatory:** Prior experience in a primary/rigorous law enforcement position.
• Thorough knowledge of Criminal Investigation (CI) mission, operations, and organization.
• In-depth knowledge of investigative policies, procedures (IRS, Treasury), and criminal enforcement/prosecution policies (Justice Department).
• Comprehensive knowledge of rules of evidence, Federal Rules of Criminal Procedure, and relevant constitutional, statutory, and case law.
• Understanding of law enforcement technology and personnel issues.
